Children’s Ski Instructor/Kinderland

You love working with kids & in the snow, are patient and know how to motivate/encourage the youngest ones to get on the slopes for skiing.

In our Foxy kidsland we offer small kids groups with up to max. 6 participants per group. Your responsibility will be not the technical part of teaching skiing, but also entertain your assigned group outside or inside in our igloo with games, take care of the kids during lunch hour, make sure that the kids feel comfortable and enjoy an unforgettable experience in a safe setting.

Requirements:

• Ski Anwärter

• Experience and much more important! having fun working with kids

• Good physical condition. Working with children from ages 4 to 18 can be quite challenging​

Snowsport instructors

We place great emphasis on offering the best services to our guests. Our international clientele arrives from all over the world and counts on us to provide excellent ski- and snowboard instructors for their holidays. This goes beyond teaching perfect turns on pistes and off-piste, but about providing an unforgettable experience for all our guests (including the youngest).

SKI SCHOOL OPERATIONS MANAGER

For NEXT winter season 2023-2024

 

Assistant-manager, guest relations, sales, great team-player with strong organizational talent back office, administrative skills, people manager

 

Contract: fulltime, 40 hours – Start: October 2021 until April 2022

Salary: depending on age and working experience

THE ROLE

You are the cheerful power behind the ski school operations with your strong organizational skills, guest friendly and with an affinity for winter sports. As Operations Manager you are responsible for the team and everything that is going on in and around the ski school. You are flexible, hands-on and enjoy the daily challenges of running the ski school smoothly and flourishing. You make sure that your team members are working well, and all our guests feel safe and well taken care off. You have an informal approach and are naturally hospitable.

 

Together with the General Manager, the Front- and Back Office Manager and your team, you create long lasting winter sport memories for our guests and are always looking for means to improve the ski school services. You may act as the General Manager in his absence. You have the ambition and want to invest into a severe personal growth within the company for the near future. Great things are ahead of us.

EXCLUSIVE MOUNTAIN GUIDING ARLBERG

is situated in the center of Lech, an icon in the beautiful Arlberg area. Lech and the Arlberg area is a favorite amongst international winter sport guests since decades, that admire its classic allure, the beautiful natural ski area and authentic hospitality. The ski school is specialized in private ski and snowboard lesson and guiding for all levels and all ages, guided by professionals. High-end individual service, personal care, learning, fun, and safety are vital. It has recently opened a kid’s land for the little pro’s, offering a playground for the bambini and kids ski lesson in exclusively, small groups.
